Why do I need a high score on the GMAT?
Business schools use GMAT scores to compare the qualifications of thousand of applicants.
Although admissions officers understand the shortcoming of standardized testing, the GMAT remains
an integral part of the application process. Thus, it is imperative that you present to them the
best score possible. Doing so will make you stand out in a crowd of other qualified candidates.
Will preparing for the GMAT really improve my score?
Of course! Because the GMAT is a standardized test, learning about its format and types of
test questions enables you to perform better on the day of the test. And of course - practice
makes perfect! But more importantly, implementing our Smart Step Reversal Method takes all the
guesswork out of your testing experience. Knowledge is power; and our method of preparation,
taught by the best instructors will give you the power to succeed.
Why is your course better than preparing myself with available literature?
Do you think you can excel if you only use materials created for the common test taker? Or, do you want
to receive a top score on the exam? Preparing with our course has major advantages over non-interactive
preparation materials. In addition to providing you with our unique and successful test taking procedure,
we are able to give all of our participants the individual attention that they deserve.
Working through the process with an Ivy-league caliber instructor makes the learning process faster,
more effective, and more fun!
Can I really learn everything I need to know in a weekend?
If our weekend course wasn't effective, we wouldn't teach it! While taking a longer course, it
is difficult to make connections from week to week. By consolidating our teaching into one intense
weekend, we ensure that you do not loose some of the benefits due to forgetfulness. In addition,
we do not require that you take the practice exams while in the classroom like longer courses tend to do.
Instead, we preserve our classroom time for teaching purposes, and encourage you to practice and
correspond with us via the internet in the weeks following the course.
Aren't courses based on the Official Guide a better way to prepare?
The simple answer is NO. Of course the Official Guide is a useful resource, but it can only provide
you with basic preparation. We assume that you are seeking to excel on the GMAT, and to do so, you
must train in a way that prepares you above-and-beyond the common test taker. Our original,
up-to-date material, unique approach to test taking, and emphasis on quality instruction, allows us
to surpass our competitors in terms of quality instruction for our participants.
Why do you require your instructors to come from the best business schools?
The idea behind AdmissionsFactory's preparation is to bring part of the Business School experience
to the test preparation classroom. All of our teachers have already succeeded at top business schools.
They share their expertise with our students and provide a compact and efficient review of GMAT concepts.
Our instructors are among the very best the business world has to offer, and are anxious to pass on
their success to the next generation of business school candidates.
How should I prepare before the course?
No prior preparation is necessary. We will provide you with all the preparation aid you need
during our weekend course. If you are eager to get started, you can begin reviewing your
English grammar and basic math skills. It would also be beneficial for you to begin familiarizing
yourself with the test format. However, we encourage you to save your study energy for
after the course so you can be sure that you are using good study habits while preparing.
Can I get help studying after the weekend course?
Here at the AdmissionsFactory, we are here to help. Your benefits will not end after
attending our course! AdmissionsFactory's faculty will always be available to answer questions
you may have. We will grade the full test that you take after you have completed all the
exercises and get back to you with further recommendations for improvement. We will also provide
